The deadline for Entries was on Friday, August 27, and on Saturday morning first crews have begun with reconnaissance of Special Stages of 10. INA Rally Kumrovec. It’s the first of two scheduled slots for making the pacenotes. The second one is on Thursday, September 2. All the crews have a right to pass every Stage three times, while SS Terme Tuhelj can be monitored only by foot. Everything else will be considered unauthorized reconnaissance and the penalty might impose the start refusal.
During the reconnaissance, all crews must comply with traffic regulations and must not move along the Special Stage route in the opposite direction. Crews are not allowed to do the recce in a competitive vehicle. They can be identified by small stickers with a number and rally plate glued to the windshield and side windows of the vehicle.
