The 12th KÄRCHER RALLY KUMROVEC is an international competition organized by Auto Club Delta Sport from Zagreb in cooperation with the Krapina-Zagorje County, the municipalities of Kumrovec, Desinić, Zagorska Sela and Tuhelj and Terme Tuhelj. The date of the event is from September 7 to 9, 2023.

The competition is in the calendars of the World Automobile Federation (FIA) and the Croatian Auto and Karting Association. Points are awarded for the Central European Zone Championship, the Mitropa Rally Cup, the International Zone Championship and the Zagreb Open Championship.
