A sunny morning in Kumrovec brought the continuation of the motorsport spectacle. Set against the authentic backdrop of the Staro Selo Museum, the ceremonial start was completed, officially opening the second and decisive competition day of the 15th MOTUL Rally Kumrovec.
A total of 54 crews passed over the starting ramp, led by yesterday’s top performers from the opening stages in Tuhelj: Matteo Bernini – Lorenzo Mattucci, Mitja Glasenčnik – Matej Pistotnik, and Manuel Kößler – Benedikt Hofmann.
Great news comes from the service park as well – several crews that experienced technical issues yesterday managed to repair their cars and re-start the rally promising an even richer and more exciting show on the track.
Ahead of the competitors are six demanding special stages across the Veliko Trgovišće – Klanjec and Zagorska Sela – Kumrovec routes, according to the following schedule.
